Sweet Hungarian Style
- 5 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Filling:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 g cottage cheese (túró)
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150–200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix gently.
- Spread on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
- Roll sponge while still warm and let cool.
- Mix mascarpone, cottage cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread cream over sponge and add raspberries.
- Roll tightly into a log shape.
- Chill before slicing and serving.
