
Ingredients
Dough
- 500 g flour
- 200 g butter (softened)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Filling
- 200 g apricot jam
- 100 g ground walnuts (optional)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
Decoration
- Red food coloring or peach juice
- Granulated sugar
- Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Mix butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, milk, flour, and baking powder to form a soft dough.
- Shape small balls and place on a baking tray.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Once cooled, hollow the bottom slightly.
- Mix crumbs with jam and walnuts to make the filling.
- Fill two halves and stick them together to form a peach shape.
- Lightly dip in food coloring or juice, then roll in sugar.
- Decorate with a small mint leaf.
