Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix flour, eggs, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add milk and sparkling water, whisk until smooth.
  3. Add oil and mix well.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter and spread thinly.
  6. Cook 1–2 minutes each side until lightly golden.
  7. Fill with jam, chocolate, or sweet cheese, then roll or fold.
