
Ingredients:
Pistachio sponge:
- 6 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 120 g ground pistachios
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Cream filling:
- 500 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 40 g flour or cornstarch
- 200 g butter
- Vanilla extract
Green pistachio layer:
- 100 g ground pistachios
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml milk
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, pistachios, baking powder, and salt.
- Bake sponge at 180°C until golden, then cool.
- Cook milk, egg yolks, sugar, and flour until thick pudding forms.
- Let cream cool, then mix with butter and vanilla.
- Spread cream over sponge.
- Mix pistachios, sugar, and milk into a paste and spread on top.
- Chill in fridge for several hours before serving.
