- Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, then peel and slice.
- Boil the eggs, peel, and slice.
- Slice the sausage into thin rounds.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Layer half of the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add a layer of eggs and sausage.
- Spread some sour cream over the layer.
- Repeat the layers and finish with sour cream on top.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden on top.
