
Instructions
- Heat butter or oil in a pot and sauté onion until soft.
- Add paprika and stir quickly.
- Add peas, carrot, and broth.
- Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil and cook 10–15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add soup noodles if using and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
