Instructions

  1. Heat butter or oil in a pot and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add paprika and stir quickly.
  3. Add peas, carrot, and broth.
  4. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook 10–15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add soup noodles if using and cook until tender.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
