
Instructions
- Whisk flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, and oil into a smooth thin batter.
- Let batter rest 15–20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan.
- Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
- Cook 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- Fill with jam, cocoa, sweet cheese, or Nutella and roll or fold.
