Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, and oil into a smooth thin batter.
  2. Let batter rest 15–20 minutes.
  3. Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
  5. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  6. Fill with jam, cocoa, sweet cheese, or Nutella and roll or fold.
