
🧾 Ingredients:
- 250 g cottage cheese (túró)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp semolina
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- Powdered sugar (for serving)
- Sour cream (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Let the mixture rest for 20–30 minutes so the semolina absorbs moisture.
- Shape into small balls with wet hands.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil and cook the dumplings for 5–7 minutes until they float.
- In a pan, melt butter and toast the breadcrumbs until golden.
- Roll the cooked dumplings in the toasted breadcrumbs.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and optionally topped with sour cream.
