
Ingredients
Cake
- 4 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Cream
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate glaze
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Mix flour, cocoa, and baking powder, then gently fold into the eggs.
- Pour into a baking pan and bake 20–25 minutes. Let cool.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over the cake.
- Melt chocolate with butter and milk, then pour over the cream layer.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting into squares.
