Ingredients:

  • 500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 7 g (1 packet) dry yeast
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For Coating:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Melted butter for brushing
