
Ingredients
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g butter (softened)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- powdered sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add butter, egg yolks, and vanilla and knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll dough to about 1 cm thickness.
- Cut into ring or flower shapes with cookie cutters.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
