Ingredients

• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 ¼ tsp dry yeast
• 1 cup warm milk
• 2 tbsp sugar
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)
