Instructions:

  1. Slice apples into rings about ½ cm (¼ inch) thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt to make a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip apple rings in the batter, letting excess drip off.
  5. Fry until golden on both sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
