- 150 g (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml (¾ cup) milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:
- Slice apples into rings about ½ cm (¼ inch) thick.
- In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt to make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip apple rings in the batter, letting excess drip off.
- Fry until golden on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
