  • 3–4 apples, peeled and cored
  • 150 g (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Slice apples into rings about ½ cm (¼ inch) thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt to make a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
