Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 3–4 apples, peeled and cored
  • 150 g (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar (for dusting)
