How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Put the potatoes in a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper, then bake for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, marinate the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Add chicken to baking tray and simmer for another 15-20 minutes, until golden in color. To make the sauce, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Slice the chicken into slices and arrange them in a serving dish.
