π₯£ Step 1: Mix the Batter
- In a bowl, crack in your eggs and whisk them until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. It should already look creamy and sweet! π
- Gradually sift in the flour while stirring. Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
(Optional: Add vanilla or a pinch of salt now!)
π₯ Step 2: Cook the Cake
- Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan (about 8β9 inches wide).
- Pour the batter into the cold pan and gently spread it evenly.
- Turn the heat to low and cover with a lid. Let it cook for about 6β7 minutes or until the bottom is golden and the top is mostly set.
- Use a spatula to gently flip the cake like a big pancake! Cover again and cook the other side for about 4β5 minutes. π‘ Tip: If flipping the whole cake is tricky, cut it in half first, then flip in parts.

- Let it cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
