- 1 egg
- 80 g sugar
- 80 g melted butter (or oil)
- 450 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Filling
- 100 g soft butter
- 120 g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze (optional but delicious)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
