
🔹 Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs (for coating)
- Oil (for frying)
🔹 Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- Boil potatoes until soft.
- Mash smoothly (no lumps).
- Mix in mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, cornstarch, and seasonings.
- Mix until combined.
Step 2: Shape
- Roll mixture into stick shapes.
- Coat each stick in breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Cook
🔥 Fry Method:
- Heat oil to medium.
- Fry until golden brown (2–3 minutes per side).
- Drain on paper towels.
🔥 Oven Method:
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes.
- Flip halfway through.
🔥 Air Fryer:
- 190°C (375°F) for 12–15 minutes.
