Crispy Cheesy Potato Sticks

🔹 Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)

🔹 Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture

  1. Boil potatoes until soft.
  2. Mash smoothly (no lumps).
  3. Mix in mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, cornstarch, and seasonings.
  4. Mix until combined.

Step 2: Shape

  • Roll mixture into stick shapes.
  • Coat each stick in breadcrumbs.

Step 3: Cook

🔥 Fry Method:

  • Heat oil to medium.
  • Fry until golden brown (2–3 minutes per side).
  • Drain on paper towels.

🔥 Oven Method:

  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes.
  • Flip halfway through.

🔥 Air Fryer:

  • 190°C (375°F) for 12–15 minutes.
