
🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Linguine
- Boil salted water.
- Cook linguine until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Drain the rest.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Chicken
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter + olive oil in a skillet.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds (don’t burn it).
- Remove chicken and keep warm.
3️⃣ Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream + milk.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan.
- Stir until creamy and smooth.
- Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
4️⃣ Combine Everything
- Add the cooked linguine into the Alfredo sauce.
- Toss until coated.
- Add the garlic butter chicken back into the pan.
- Mix gently.
🌿 Optional Add-Ins
- Mushrooms sautéed in butter
- Spinach
- Broccoli florets
- Chili flakes
- Fresh parsley
- Extra Parmesan (always a YES!)
🍽️ Serve With:
✔ Garlic bread
✔ Green salad
✔ Roasted veggies
✔ A squeeze of lemon on top (amazing balance!)
