1. Make the creamy filling
In a bowl mix:
- Mashed potatoes
- Shredded cheese
- Cream cheese
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Shape
Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into small balls.
(If too soft, chill 10β15 minutes.)
3. Coat
Roll each ball in:
- Flour
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
For extra crunch β dip again in egg + breadcrumbs.
4. Fry
Heat oil on medium.
Fry bombs until golden and crispy (about 2β3 minutes per side).
Place on a paper towel.
Air fryer option: 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 10β12 minutes, spray with oil.
