⅓ cup butter (melted)
2 tbsp sugar
Filling:
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup heavy cream (or milk)
🥣 Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Make crust
Mix crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
Make filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix.
Add eggs, vanilla, and cream. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
Assemble & bake
Pour filling over crust. Smooth top.
Bake 25–30 minutes until just set (center may jiggle slightly).
Cool & chill
Let cool completely, then refrigerate 2–3 hours before cutting into bars.
