Cottage Cheese Noodles (Túrós csusza)


Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles in salted water until tender; drain.
  2. In a pan, cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. Melt butter and toss with hot noodles.
  4. Add cottage cheese and mix gently.
  5. Stir in sour cream and half of the bacon.
  6. Top with remaining bacon and serve warm.

Optional: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes for a crispy top.
