
Instructions:
- Cook noodles in salted water until tender; drain.
- In a pan, cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
- Melt butter and toss with hot noodles.
- Add cottage cheese and mix gently.
- Stir in sour cream and half of the bacon.
- Top with remaining bacon and serve warm.
Optional: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes for a crispy top.
