
Ingredients
- 400 g broad egg noodles (csusza or lasagna broken into pieces)
- 250 g cottage cheese (or Hungarian túró)
- 150 g smoked bacon, diced
- 200 ml sour cream
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender; drain.
- Fry bacon until crispy; reserve fat.
- Toss hot noodles with bacon fat.
- Add cottage cheese and mix gently.
- Serve topped with bacon pieces and sour cream.
