
🔥 Instructions:
1. Make the Filling
In a bowl, beat together:
- peanut butter
- butter
- powdered sugar
- vanilla
Mix until a stiff dough forms.
(It should be thick, not sticky. Add more powdered sugar if too soft.)
2. Roll Into Balls
- Scoop about 1 tbsp per ball
- Roll smooth and place on a parchment-lined tray
- Freeze 20–30 minutes to firm up
3. Melt Chocolate
Microwave chocolate + coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
(Or melt using a double boiler.)
4. Dip
- Use a toothpick or fork to dip balls into melted chocolate
- Tap off excess
- Place back on tray
Leave a little peanut butter showing on top if you want the traditional “buckeye” look.
5. Chill
Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes
🤤 Result:
- Smooth peanut butter center
- Sweet chocolate coating
- Creamy, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth

- ½ cup crushed graham crackers or rice krispies for crunch
- Sea salt on top
- White chocolate drizzle
- Mix in chopped peanuts
- Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to filling for chocolate PB balls
