Chocolate Peanut butter balls

🔥 Instructions:

1. Make the Filling

In a bowl, beat together:

  • peanut butter
  • butter
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla

Mix until a stiff dough forms.
(It should be thick, not sticky. Add more powdered sugar if too soft.)

2. Roll Into Balls

  • Scoop about 1 tbsp per ball
  • Roll smooth and place on a parchment-lined tray
  • Freeze 20–30 minutes to firm up

3. Melt Chocolate

Microwave chocolate + coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
(Or melt using a double boiler.)

4. Dip

  • Use a toothpick or fork to dip balls into melted chocolate
  • Tap off excess
  • Place back on tray

Leave a little peanut butter showing on top if you want the traditional “buckeye” look.

5. Chill

Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes

🤤 Result:

  • Smooth peanut butter center
  • Sweet chocolate coating
  • Creamy, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth

Addictive!!! 😍
