
🔹 Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
(You can also use ready-made pizza dough to save time.)
For the Filling:
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken (seasoned)
- ½ cup sautéed onions & peppers (optional)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup pizza sauce
For the Top:
- ½ cup mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- Chopped parsley
🔹 Instructions
Step 1: Make Dough
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add warm water and oil.
- Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Let rise 45–60 minutes.
Step 2: Assemble
- Roll dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Add meat and cheese.
- Roll tightly like a log.
- Place seam-side down on baking tray.
Step 3: Bake
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25–30 minutes.
- Add extra cheese on top during last 5 minutes.
- Bake until golden and bubbly.
Step 4: Serve
- Sprinkle parsley.
- Slice and enjoy!
