🔥 INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Prep potatoes

  • Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes
  • Rinse and pat dry (helps crispiness)

2. Season

In a bowl mix:

  • butter
  • oil
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parmesan (optional)

Toss potatoes to coat evenly.


3. Bake

Spread potatoes on a tray without crowding.

Bake at:

  • 220°C / 430°F for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway
  • Until golden, crispy, and blistered

For extra crispiness: broil 2–3 min at the end.


4. Finish

Sprinkle with parsley, more parmesan, or a squeeze of lemon.
