- 500 ml milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 g sugar
- 40 g cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g butter
🍦 Whipped cream layer
- 400 ml heavy whipping cream
- 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌰 Decoration
- Toasted hazelnuts (crushed)
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
- Cocoa powder (optional dusting)
