
Ingredients:
- 250 g cottage cheese (túró or dry curd cheese)
- 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
- 100 g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small bar-like logs. Place on a tray and freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Melt the chocolate with butter over low heat until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cheese bar into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place on parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
