Bay Leaf & Clove Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 dried bay leaves
  • 3–5 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Lemon slice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add bay leaves and cloves (and cinnamon if using).
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it steep for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Strain into a cup.
  6. Add honey or lemon if desired.
