- 500 g flour
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 200 g fat (lard or butter) (“8 kg” seems like a typo)
- 2 tbsp yeast (fresh or dry)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 egg yolks
- Pinch of salt
- 2–3 tbsp sugar

Sweet Hungarian Style
- Ground walnuts
- Ground poppy seeds
- Sugar (to taste)
- Milk (to make spreadable paste)
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
- Mix flour, fat, sour cream, egg yolks, salt, sugar, and yeast mixture into a soft dough.
- Let dough rise for about 1 hour.
- Divide dough into two parts and roll out.
- Spread walnut filling on one half and poppy seed filling on the other.
- Roll up and place on baking tray.
- Let rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C until golden.
- Cool and slice before serving.
