  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2–3 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tsp hot paprika (optional)
  • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Sausage casings, cleaned
