🧾 Ingredients:

  • 3–4 apples (peeled, cored, sliced into rings or thick slices)
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Oil (for frying)

For serving:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

  1. Prepare apples:
    Peel and core the apples, then slice into rings or thick slices.

  1. Make the batter:
    In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour and mix until you get a smooth, slightly thick batter.

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Dip each apple slice into the batter, making sure it is well coated.
