
Ingredients:
For the pancakes:
- 200 g (1½ cups) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml (1¼ cups) milk
- 100 ml (about 1/2 cup) water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for cooking
For the filling:
- 300 g (2/3 lb) cooked chicken (or veal/pork), finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
For the sauce:
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) sour cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- A little broth or water to thin
- Salt to taste
