  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper
