Ingredients

  • 500 g ground pork (or mixed pork & beef)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices bread (soaked in milk, then squeezed) or 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • oil for frying
