
Ingredients
Cake base
- 4 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Top
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 pack strawberry jelly (gelatin dessert powder)
- 400 ml water
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix gently.
- Pour into a baking pan and bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
- Let the cake cool.
- Place sliced strawberries on top of the cake.
- Prepare the strawberry jelly with hot water and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the jelly over the strawberries.
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
