Ingredients
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup (180 ml) water
Instructions
- In a bowl mix flour and salt.
- Add eggs and water, then mix until a thick sticky batter forms.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Using a spoon, grater, or dumpling maker, drop small pieces of dough into the boiling water.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until dumplings float to the surface.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
- Toss with a little butter or oil to prevent sticking.
