Ingredients (Makes about 12–15 balls)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (160 g) desiccated coconut, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (90 g) white chocolate chips or melted chocolate for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix base:
    In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, 1½ cups of desiccated coconut, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Shape balls:
    Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Coat:
    Roll each ball in the remaining ½ cup desiccated coconut to coat.
    (Optional) Dip in melted white chocolate and let set on parchment paper.
