🛒 Ingredients

  • 2–3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
  • ¾ cup sugar (white or brown)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  3. Add oil (or butter), sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gently mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients (do not overmix).
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
