Ingredients
For the loaf:
- 1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- ½ cup (120 ml) milk or buttermilk
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 large lemon
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp flour (to coat the berries)
For the lemon glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
