
🍝🧀 Quick & Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine), cooked al dente
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce.
- Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
