  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

  5. Pour in heavy cream, add red pepper flakes, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add cooked pasta and beef back to the skillet. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
