
Dad’s Famous Game-Night Ham & Cheese Sliders 🧀🥓
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (slider buns)
- ¾ lb sliced deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar), halved
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Assemble sliders: Slice rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in the dish. Layer ham evenly, then cheese. Add top halves.
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
- Pour & soak: Slowly pour sauce over sliders, letting it seep between rolls.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes more until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, cut apart and enjoy!

- Swap Swiss for provolone or pepper jack.
