Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (slider buns)
  • ¾ lb sliced deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar), halved
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Assemble sliders: Slice rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in the dish. Layer ham evenly, then cheese. Add top halves.
  3. Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
  4. Pour & soak: Slowly pour sauce over sliders, letting it seep between rolls.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes more until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm, cut apart and enjoy!
