Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and oil/butter.
- Add flour gradually, whisking until smooth and lump-free.
- Let the batter rest 10–15 minutes (helps make thin, soft crêpes).
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
- Cook 30–45 seconds until edges lift, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with all batter.
