- 1 lb (450 g) pork liver, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1–2 tbsp flour (optional, for thicker sauce)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
