
Instructions (Super Fast Version)
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Toss apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out puff pastry on a baking tray.
- Arrange apples on top, leaving edges free.
- Fold edges slightly over the apples.
- Brush edges with beaten egg.
- Add small dots of butter on top (optional).
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
