Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft and lightly golden.
- Add shredded cabbage and sauté 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
- Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
- Pour eggs over the cabbage and cook gently, stirring, until eggs are softly scrambled and fully set.
- Serve warm.
