
🍮 Instructions
1. Heat the Cream
In a small saucepan, warm the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to steam.
Do NOT let it boil.
2. Pour Over Chocolate
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Pour the hot cream over it and let sit for 1 minute.
3. Stir Until Smooth
Gently whisk the mixture until the chocolate is fully melted and the ganache becomes silky and glossy.
4. Add Butter & Vanilla
Stir in the butter and vanilla extract for extra creaminess and shine.
5. Chill to Set
- Pour into serving cups for a soft, custard-like dessert.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until thickened and creamy.
🍫 Serving Suggestions
- Sprinkle crushed biscuits or Oreos on top
- Serve with strawberries for a romantic dessert
- Layer with whipped cream in jars for a parfait
- Use as a glaze over cakes or donuts
