Instructions

  1. Slice bananas and freeze them for 2–3 hours.
  2. Add frozen bananas + yogurt + vanilla to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze 1 hour for firmer texture.

Optional (still low-cal):

  • Add berries
