
Instructions
- Slice bananas and freeze them for 2–3 hours.
- Add frozen bananas + yogurt + vanilla to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze 1 hour for firmer texture.
Optional (still low-cal):
- Add berries
- Add cocoa powder (1 tbsp)
- Add a pinch of cinnamon
